Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive analysis of cross-channel campaigns, identifying key performance metrics and producing actionable insights to improve performance.
Work closely with the Customer Data Platform team to leverage data use case initiatives, enhancing our understanding of the customer journey.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and customer behavior, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, providing strategic recommendations based on your findings.
Utilize predictive analytics to anticipate customer behaviors and trends.
Client insights in customer behavior across channels and readily share with the broader organizations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of personalization efforts and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Foster a data-driven culture across the organization, educating teams about the importance of data in decision-making processes.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in data analytics and customer journey analysis, recommending new tools or methods when appropriate.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
Proven experience or a degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Proven experience in a data analytics role, preferably within an omnichannel environment.
Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to interpret complex data sets and produce actionable insights.
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform or similar Customer Data Platform.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and responsible data management practices.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Certification in data analytics or a related field is a plus.
