Earlier in his career, Bhaskar led complex global implementations of enterprise technology solutions in Fortune 500 companies in transportation logistics, retail and manufacturing industries. Nikhil is passionate about solving clients’ problems and is extremely hands-on while successfully playing operational leadership role at the company. During Tim’s 36 year career with GE, Tim managed the GDC (Global Delivery Center) external resourcing program for the Energy division consisting of more than 5,500 resources across 10 vendors executing from global locations including India, Mexico and China. Tim’s second career started in UPS in 2013 as Director of Vendor Management responsible for evaluating and optimizing UPS’s ITO Global Vendor program and establishing a strategic roadmap utilizing best-in-class models, techniques and vendor relationships aligned with ever changing business objectives. Tim now runs VMO Benchmark, an advisory firm and provides strategic guidance to NLB Services. Tim is a thought leader in the field of IT strategies and global outsourcing programs. He frequently speaks and writes on his experience and ideas on vendor management, cost optimization and innovation.
Tim, a certified six-sigma black belt, holds a degree from the State University of New York, Cobleskill in Computer Science. He also holds a degree from Huntington College, Huntington Indiana in Organizational Management.

Ken has over 40 years of experience as an operating executive and board member. In his advisory role, Ken provides his expertise in the life-cycle process of client engagements to include client initiation, strategy, branding, development, and execution. He has developed and led offshore design and development centers in the US, Europe, and India for both Accenture, Tech-Mahindra Satyam and several private equity owned companies.
In his 40 year career, Ken has lead the creation, development, and growth of companies in the professional services areas of global software services, corporate strategy, enterprise information systems, and digital industrial internet organizations. He has led global businesses in digital engineering, m2m, connected vehicle, mobility, cloud, and data analytics through successful transformation, growth and change. He has been an executive at GE Aerospace, a Global VP at Oracle’s Telecommunications Vertical, a Senior Partner at KPMG leading it’s Consumer Industrial Markets Business to $250m in yearly revenue, an SVP at Tech Mahindra Satyam leading it’s Manufacturing Services business to $500m in yearly revenue and then Accenture’s Automotive and Industrial Mobility business to dramatic growth surpassing $225m by 2013. Ken now runs Nablis LLC, a consulting firm focusing on helping companies excel in their Leadership in Human Capital Management and provides strategic guidance to NLB Services.
Ken holds a B.A. in Public Administration from Georgetown University and a Masters in Information Systems at the American University. He attended both the Executive training program at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and GE’s Executive Management Training at Crotonville, New York. He has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturing twice and is an elected board member of several public and private technology companies.
