"OBJECTIVE Accurately monitor and schedule payments for Company Vacations vendors ensuring payments are received in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Verify vendor cost and terms against contracts and schedule payments. 2. Work with the appropriate internal departments to ensure proper documentation is provided for vendor bills. 3. Generate invoices and research/accept names for payment. 4. Maintain accurate records and filing system. 5. Generate, maintain and distribute reports pertaining to assigned responsibilities. 6. Comply with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations. 7. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department or with other departments. OTHER DUTIES 1. Attend and participate in meetings that pertain to assigned responsibilities. 2. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
