Responsibilities:
Prioritizing, overseeing, and managing a diverse set of customer data use cases set forth by the enterprise.
Driving the Customer Data Platform strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide objectives.
Create, maintain, and track project plans and schedules, resource estimates, and roadblocks throughout the life of the project.
Apply project management tools and techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Facilitating cross-departmental coordination and communication for smooth project execution.
Monitoring and tracking project progress, addressing any issues or delays.
Implementing project risk management strategies to mitigate potential obstacles.
Keeping abreast of the latest developments in customer data platform technologies.
Reviewing and improving project management methodologies and processes as needed.
Coordinate with IT, data teams, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation and operation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
Proven experience in project management, ideally in a data-driven environment.
Strong technical aptitude, particularly with customer data management.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Experience in working in Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, or Loyalty organizations.
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)
PMP certification or similar credentials.
Prior experience with enterprise Project Management tools such as Adobe Workfront, JIRA, etc.
Prior experience with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent platforms.
Experience in a large enterprise or Fortune 500 company.
This role will report to the General Manager of Digital Transformation.
