Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet enterprise needs.
Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform.
Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions.
Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech needs and implementations.
Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform.
Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform.
Leading training sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform.
Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting groups to coordinate product enhancements and workarounds.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
3+ years of experience related to technical data management & marketing solution experience
Strong technical skills, particularly with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)
Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Experience with Customer Data platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms like Salesforce C360 or Segment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex enterprise-level platforms.
In-depth knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.
Prior experience in a large-scale ecommerce or digital business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization.

This position is based in Atlanta at the General Office and relocation will be required. The role will report to the General Manager of Digital Transformation.
