Job Description:

The Sr. Engineer will play a pivotal role in the administration of Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch), specifically for mobile and Apple MacBook devices. This position will drive device patching compliance, ensuring that all devices are up-to-date with the latest security measures and software enhancements. In addition to compliance, the Senior Engineer will be responsible for the deployment and management of software across the platform. This includes overseeing the installation of applications, monitoring their performance, and troubleshooting issues that may arise. The successful execution of these day-to-day activities will be crucial in maintaining an efficient and secure mobile device environment.



Customer service skills are paramount, serving as the backbone of effective interactions. Excellent communications, interpersonal skills, analytical, self-starter, problem solving and documentation is crucial to success. Additional Responsibilities include:



Develop and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies on Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch)
Serve as a software, hardware, and OS specialist to deploy, manage, track, and audit Apple MacBook / mobile devices using Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch)
Troubleshoot, monitor and diagnose problems with Apple MacBook, mobile device hardware and software for Android and MacOS/iOS.
Document and organize operating procedures for device configurations, technical support, processes, and procedures as needed.

Quals--
Job Qualifications:

The Workspace One (AirWatch) Sr. Engineer requires at least 3 + years of experience with Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch). A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting MacOS, Android Enterprise, and iOS using Workspace One. Experience managing Workspace One infrastructure and it components at scale are required to be successful.
